We are happy to help answer any questions about our theme features, capabilities, and configuring its settings to fit your brand. The more information you can give us at the start the faster we'll be able to help get you on the right track.

What does support include?

Theme support includes:

  • Fixing bugs or issues within clean, unaltered theme installations.
  • Answering questions about the features of our themes and their settings.
  • Assistance in setting up features included with our themes.
  • Providing updated theme versions that you may use for future installations of the same theme without additional cost.

Theme support does not include:

  • Any changes or modifications to the design or code within our themes.
  • Troubleshooting issues directly related to Shopify's inner admin. For assistance with those please refer to Shopify support.
  • Troubleshooting or debugging broken code or functionality related to a theme modification or app installation. We recommend reverting all modifications back to the original theme source code or removing conflicting apps to ensure the smooth operation of our themes.
  • Transferring prior code changes between themes or across theme versions.
  • Installation or removal of third party plugins or apps.
  • Unlimited support questions. It is uncommon however customers who are taking advantage of our theme support may find their support limited or restricted.

Depending on the volume of support requests we receive, we aim to respond to you within 24 hours. But, please allow at least 1–2 business days for a response.

Limitations of technical support services

We do NOT offer support for integrating or troubleshooting 3rd-party apps and custom code, nor do we offer support for modifications made after the purchase of one of our themes.

This includes adding new features, altering the design of the theme, implementing any 3rd-party code or apps, or troubleshooting previous customizations after updating the theme.

For assistance with third-party apps, contact the app's developer through the Shopify App Store.
